JAYEOLA, DANIEL KAYODE - FCA, FCTI, AMNIM
A Fellow and a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He has acquired over twenty five (25) years experience in professional Audit/Tax practice and has led team of experienced Accountants to review the financial statements of Government Parastatals, Public Limited Companies, and other successful private Companies within the Nigerian Economy. Mr. Jayeola also worked and rose to the post of a General Manager in a Lagos based finance Company where he handled varied aspects of finance and mortgage banking business.
He is currently the Managing Partner of KAYODE JAYEOLA & CO., CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS.
TIJANI A. KAYODE – ACA, ACTI
A qualified Chartered Accountant with over Eighteen (18) years varied experience in medium size Audit firms. He has extensive experience in Public sector accounting and auditing and has been involved in developing corporate plans and strategies for organisations. He has also worked for several years with AKINTOLA WILLIAMS & CO. – Chartered Accountants before joining the Partnership of KAYODE JAYEOLA & CO.
ALOZIE, U. AUGUSTINE - ACA
An experienced and dedicated Chartered Accountant. He worked for several years with MOJIBOLA OLUWA & CO. a firm of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining the partnership of KAYODE JAYEOLA & CO., he had been involved with the audit of reputable Banks, Insurance and other reputable Companies.

A Chartered Accountant with over Sixteen (16) years experience in the firm of Akintola Williams Deloitte, Chartered Accountants. She has ample experience in various areas of work spanning Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Private and Public Audit functions.
ADEYEHA, OLADELE ADEYEHA - ACA, ACTI
He is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has over ten (10) years professional experience. He has held management positions in private companies with wide experience in finance, treasury management and accounting functions. In the last four (4) years, he has been in private practice with duties covering statutory/private audits, tax and management consultancy.
JEGEDE, OLU MICHAEL – ACTI, AMNIM.
A graduate of University of Benin and a Professional II student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked as Senior Trainee Accountant with medium size professional audit firms. He is an experienced staff with over seven (7) years Professional Audit/Tax experience.
ONORIODE G. EZET - ACA, ACTI
An experienced member of ICAN and Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria (CITN). He has acquired ample professional experience from professional firms before joining KAYODE JAYEOLA & CO. as IT/Management Consultant.
